Survivors of the Shield has teamed up with the NYPD Health and Wellness Unit for a virtual SOS exercise and nutrition program.
Members who complete five classes will receive an SOS water bottle
You will need both a pair of dumbbells and a kettlebell, any weight that you are comfortable using, a weight that is challenging but not insanely strenuous.
After each workout, there will be a Q&A with NYPD Health and Welfare Sergeant Aaron Lohman. Ask any questions you have about your health andworkout.
